Morning & Evening Flow The perfect flow for everyone, beginner to seasoned yogis! This Vinyasa style class builds unique sequences to strengthen the body and increase flexibility following the basic principles of yoga including breath connection and alignment. This gentler flow will maximize your body's true potential and leave you feeling stretched and relaxed!
Yin/Restorative Yoga Truly the slow, deep stretch and relaxing release you've been missing! Yin postures open the connective tissue, joints, and muscles increasing natural range of motion and flexibility. Restorative postures offer ease and comfort to achieve the ultimate relaxation. An assortment of props such as blankets, blocks, and bolsters will be used to help support the body throughout the practice. This is beautiful balance to the flow classes.
Fusion Flow Not sure which style of yoga is for you? This fusion style class has quickly become a studio favorite and combines a little bit of flow, yin, and restorative all in one! This practice is for EVERYONE, beginner or seasoned yogi. A great sampling of all yoga styles!
Weekend & Fun Friday Flow A beautiful mediation connecting breath and movement is defined as Vinyasa flow. This more traditional style class combines Sun Salutations and Warrior poses to get the energy flowing and at times, can move a bit faster. Each class will offer a fresh, new flow to release stress and tension in the body while building strength and flexibility. This practice can be modified for any age and ability.
Somatic Movement Do you have chronic pain or tension within the body? Find yourself favoring or overcompensating on one side? Do you struggle with your posture? Have you endured a traumatic injury or surgery? Somatic movement will help increase mobility, reduce pain, realign to body and reeducate our brain/muscle coordination. This practice is for EVERYONE, stimulating the brain/body connection, allowing you to successfully age while avoiding breakdown of the body.
"Furry" Flow Join me and my assistants, Sully and Aki the terriers for cuddles, wet noses and dog kisses during yoga. Perfect for any animal lover!
Paddle Board Yoga & Paddle Board Yin/Restore Take your practice on the water! After a short paddle to a quiet bay, enjoy a 45 minute practice from your paddle board. The "yoga" class focuses on slow movement and postures to get comfortable on your floating yoga mat. The "yin/restore" class focuses on holding more supportive, deeper stretching postures. Both are perfect for any age or ability. Paddle board experience NOT required but recommended. *Paddle boards and life jackets NOT PROVIDED*
Yoga with Weights Time to strengthen the body, heart and soul! By adding very LIGHT hand weights to our practice, we work muscles in the arms, shoulders, core, and legs with an added cardio boost to strengthen the heart. 1 to 5 lb. hand weights are provided and can be used during this traditional Gentle Flow class. *Hand weights are OPTIONAL and the class can be done without*
Restorative Yoga & Massage Indulge in complete bliss and let us massage your tension away! While you relax in fully supported restorative postures, you will receive mini massages of the arms, hands, legs, back, neck and scalp. There is no better way to treat, release and restore your mind, body and soul!
Sound Bath A full body, meditative experience where resonant, echoing sounds and vibrations "bathes" you from the inside out. Crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, crystal pyramids and wave drums are used to create a unique sound experience. Benefits include but aren't limited to relaxations, improved sleep, released physical and emotional blockages, stress reduction and enhance spiritual connection.
